Free tracked shipping

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to the United States and Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Delivery time

• United States: usually 8-15 business days after shipping.
• Australia: usually 7-15 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or weather.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Australia only.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will help.

Lost or missing packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support.nestorasleep@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
