Who is the Nestora pillow for?
It is designed for side, back and stomach sleepers who want more support for their head, neck and shoulders. The butterfly wings give your arms room when you sleep on your side.
Is it firm or soft?
Medium-firm. The slow-rebound memory foam molds to your shape, then slowly returns to its form. Most people need a few nights to get used to a contoured pillow.
It smells a little when I open it. Is that normal?
Yes. New memory foam can have a light smell after being vacuum-packed. Let it air out for 24-48 hours in a ventilated room and it will fade.
How do I clean it?
Remove the cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Do not wash the foam itself; spot clean it if needed.
Will it cure my neck pain?
No pillow can promise that. Nestora is a comfort product, not a medical device. Many people find a supportive pillow helps them wake up more comfortable, but if you have persistent pain, please see a healthcare professional.
Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Australia. Shipping is free and every order is tracked.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 8-15 business days to the United States and 7-15 business days to Australia. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns & payment
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us first so we can give you the return instructions. Full details are in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your rights under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law for customers in Australia.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal (when available at checkout). Payments are processed securely and we never see your full card details.
Do you offer a discount for several pillows?
Yes: 15% off when you buy 2 pillows and 20% off when you buy 3. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.
